Using the hoop:
Store flat to prevent warping and be careful when transporting in a car.
If you have a one circuit hoop either switch one or switch one/two will turn on the hoop. For multiple circuit hoops each switch acts independently.
If you have polypro tubing DO NOT use it in cold weather. The tubing will become stiff and fragile and will break. Although this is rare, when it does happen it's almost always due to cold weather. Tubing replacements are $40 (plus shipping).
Using the charger:
We ask that you care for the charger like you would the hoop. Do not toss it in a bag, rather put it in a small pocket or use a bread bag tie to secure the cords. The 6 month warrenty will cover the internal workings of the charger. It will not cover damaged cords due to neglect.
DO NOT TURN THE HOOP ON WHILE PLUGGED INTO THE CHARGER.
The part that goes into the wall has a single red LED to let you know there is power from the wall.
On the charger itself there is an LED that does the following:
Blinking red and green- Not plugged into hoop/stand-by and almost charged
Solid Red- Charging
Solid Green- Fully charged
Understanding the batteries:
This hoop has lithium-ion batteries with protection circuits on each battery. This means that you cannot over or under charge the hoop. So leaving it plugged in too long will not damage your hoop. Also draining the batteries completely will not damage the hoop.
If your hoop dies completely remember to shut it off. Do not leave the switch in the on position.
These batteries also do not contain memory. What this means is unplugging before a full charge is okay. Also plugging it in before fully dead is okay.
Due to the high quality batteries the hoop can take awhile to charge.
Warranty:
We will be more than happy to fix any problem you may have with the hoop within reason, i.e. we don’t cover running it over, kinking it, swimming with it, etc

Tips for taking the best possible care of your LED hoop to increase it’s life that much more (some of these are CRUCIAL*)
- Store flat to prevent warping (also if it warps laying it in the grass on a sunny day will fix that).
-Tape up the switch, charging port, connection area when hooping in chilly weather.*
-If the weather is very cold and you have a polypro hoop, DON’T HOOP! Or hoop gently, slamming it against something in cold weather will undoubtedly break the tubing. It’s $40 to replace. This goes for ALL polypro hoops in the whole world. There is nothing unique about our tubing.*
- If you are in a sandy area, muddy area, dusty area (Burning Man)…tape up the switch and charging port area.*
- Basically when in doubt tape it up;) We recommend electrical or gaffers.*
-DO NOT store the hoop in a hot tent or hot car in the summer. Your batteries will thank you:) If it is super hot outside and you have your hoop on your shoulder you will be fine. It is the enclosed heated areas that are the ones you need to watch out for.*
-Do not hoop in rain, near lakes, ponds, oceans, pools, etc. Hoops roll…sometimes they roll really fast.
-Do not hoop near oncoming traffic.
-Do not loan out your LED hoop to anyone. This is obviously a personal choice and you can use your discretion. My theory is that you paid hundreds of dollars, they didn’t. Not everyone will have the same respect for your hoop as you do.
-Do not tamper with your LED hoop.*
-Stay away from extreme moves, don’t throw the hoop sky high and not catch it. :( Ouch!
